This event is sponsored and paid for by the league (no registrations fees). Teams must register by November 1st prior to midnight to be included (registration must be made through your club representative and received by the Jamboree coordinator prior to the deadline). Early registration is important because we will not be accepting 7 or 9 team divisions. There is a possibility that teams registering late may be dropped from the Jamboree or President’s Cup if only 7 or 9 teams register within a particular age and gender group. We will do our best to try and make sure we don’t have to drop any teams.

This is a fun season-end event that is made possible by the countless number of volunteers. Please contact your Volunteer Coordinator if you want to help out.

This is also an opportunity for referees to fulfill their team affiliation requirements. However, keep in mind that this event will be canceled in the event we have a rain out.

Field Marshalls and volunteers are an important part of a successful tournament. Each club has a volunteer coordinator who will be responsible for training other volunteers in duties such as checking in players, filling out scoreboards, and making sure sideline rules are adhered to. The leagues Field Marshall coordinator, Cliff Lobberegt (lobberegt@att.net 415-814-1042), will be meeting with each clubs selected Volunteer Coordinator a couple of weeks prior to the event.
